The new year always feels like a reset button—but let’s be honest, finding motivation to exercise as a busy woman isn’t always easy. Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, movement often falls to the bottom of the list. This year, let’s change how we think about exercise.
Instead of going all-in with unrealistic goals, start small. A 10-minute walk, a quick stretch while the kids play, or a short workout before bed still counts. Movement doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful—it just has to happen.
